Exchange or Credit

Tox Tech has a 30-day exchange or credit period, after delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you an exchange or credit.

Returns on Non-Select Agents

Non-select agents (Antibodies) can be shipped back to Tox Tech if within the 30-day timeframe. Only unopened, sealed vials will be accepted.

  • Returned products are only eligible for exchange of alternative products or a credit
  • Undamaged products will not receive a refund/credit of any shipping and packing charges
  • Depending on location and stock, delivery times for exchanged or alternative products may vary

  • No returns on select highly select agents unless individuals are certified for shipping hazardous materials

Select agents (Staphylococcal enterotoxins, Ricin and Abrin) cannot be returned for credits or exchanges even if vials are unopened unless shipped by a person who has hazardous material certification. A copy of the certification will be necessary. (Must be within 30 days of product receipt).

Credit Memos

If the product has been determined to be damaged by Tox Tech, a credit memo will be issued. Refunds will not be given in the form of a check, ACH/wire or credit card.

  • Only damaged items receive a credit memo:
    Only items damaged or otherwise unusable due to a Tox Tech oversight are eligible for an exchange.

    • Shipping costs and packing charge will be reimbursed with a credit memo.
    • Be sure that the correct grade of toxin is used for experimentation. For example, partially purified toxins are 50% pure and therefore performance will vary from toxin lot-to-lot due to co-purified proteins that have not been identified or characterized. If you have questions related to toxin choice, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to your order. Products are not eligible for exchange or credit due to inconsistent results.
